Speaker Application and Criteria

Thank you for your interest in presenting at a HOMES event or webinar. To ensure all sessions provide relevant content and value to our members and attendees, speaker proposals must meet the following criteria:

Industry Relevance

Speakers should have experience or expertise in the home medical equipment (HME) industry or a directly related field (e.g., healthcare policy, reimbursement, business operations, regulatory compliance, etc.).

Educational Value

Sessions must deliver educational content that is applicable to HME providers, including but not limited to:

    • Billing and Reimbursement 
    • Complex Rehab (CRT) 
    • Operational Best Practices 
    • Staff Education 
    • Regulatory & Legislative Updates 
    • AI & Technology 
    • Business Development 
    • Motivational Sessions
No Promotional Content
    • Proposals should not be sales pitches or focused solely on a company’s products, services, or capabilities.
    • Sessions should be objective and informative, offering takeaways that benefit providers broadly - not just customers or potential customers of your company.

We welcome submissions that are practical, insightful, and solution-oriented. Our goal is to provide our members with content that helps them succeed in today’s challenging healthcare environment.
