Exhibitor Registration Fees and Benefits

Registration includes 6' skirted table (or 6' space for larger equipment) and all meals, breaks, sessions, and networking reception.

If you're a HOMES member, confirm your membership level prior to exhibiting by logging into your member profile, or using the Associate Member Directory.

EXHIBIT SETUP AND DIRECTORY FORM 

Once you have registered your team to exhibit and booked your overnight room(s), complete the Exhibitor Setup and Directory Form. We provide an exhibitor directory (printed and virtual) to all conference registrants.  This form requests that information, as well as the logistics of your exhibit space, any potential offerings you'd like us to promote to attendees, and sponsorship opportunities.

Know Before You Go

SETUP AND BREAK DOWN TIMES

Setup:

  • Monday, April 6 from 1:00p - 4:00p, or
  • Tuesday, April 7 from 7:45a - 10:00a

Breakdown:

  • Tuesday, April 7 after exhibit time (TBD), or
  • Wednesday, April 8 between 7:45 - 9:00a

DEDICATED EXHIBIT TIME

Exhibit Hall is open on April 6-7 with dedicated exhibit time scheduled for:

  • Kickoff Reception
    • Monday, April 6: 5:30 - 8:00 pm
  • Exhibit Times
    • Tuesday, April 7 (TBD)

Exhibit table numbers and exhibit hall layout diagram will be provided 3-7 days prior to the event - this is subject to change.  Final diagram and layout will be displayed at registration and in exhibit hall as well as our conference materials Linktree.

INVITE YOUR CUSTOMERS TO ATTEND

If you are a HOMES Associate Member, we encourage you to invite your customers, whether they are a HOMES member or not, to attend our Annual Conference & Exhibits at the HOMES Member Rate!  Email template available.

Advanced, Premium, and Elite Supporters have VIP Attendee Passes they can offer their customers to attend at no charge. 

Reach out to Lauryn Estrella at lauryn@homesne.org with their company name, full name, title, and email addresses to get them registered!

CONTACT LISTS

List of attendees will be emailed to registered HOMES member exhibitors and event coordinators 5-10 days prior to the event. 

Contact lists will not be available to non-members.

A post-show list will be emailed if there are any late or on-site registrations.
