HOMES State Workgroups
The HOMES individual state workgroups address problems and opportunities within each state. These workgroups will also work to establish and maintain excellent working relationships with the state Medicaid programs.
| HOMES members serving patients in Connecticut are invited to join this workgroup. The HOMES CT State Workgroup meets virtually bi-weekly to discuss challenges and coordinate legislative outreach. |
| HOMES members serving patients in Maine are invited to join this workgroup and attend quarterly meetings with Maine Medicaid (MaineCare). |
| HOMES members serving patients in Massachusetts are invited to join this workgroup and attend quarterly meetings with Massachusetts Medicaid (MassHealth) and Commonwealth Care Alliance (CCA)/CareSource. |
