Provider Membership | One person, partnership or corporation engaged in the home medical equipment, respiratory, home infusion therapy or complex mobility/assistive technology business who service patients in their home. |
As a provider, your HOMES membership level is based on your national annual revenue and include at least one New England state. If you have store locations in multiple New England states, each state is an additional $125.
