HOMES meets quarterly with Fallon Health/Integrated Home Care Services (IHCS) and invites members to participate.

These meetings give HOMES members an opportunity to raise concerns, ask questions, share examples, and work directly with the payer on reimbursement, prior authorization, claims and billing, coverage and policy, communications, and other administrative or operational challenges.
